How to send evidence

Use Suggest update (or Add a missing project). Include a primary source URL — developer, brand, IR, official project/operator, or filing — not only an assertion or marketing preference.

What we correct

• Factual errors on public cards (name, status, units/keys, dates, links) when evidence supports the fix.
• Missing projects that meet our inclusion rules and have Tier 1 support for positive status.

What we do not correct

• Opinion or marketing preference.
• Removal of an accurate record because a party dislikes the listing.
• Status changes where the evidence has not changed. A denial alone is not enough.

SLA

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve substantive matters within 10 business days, then publish the change on the next rebuild.

Status disputes

Primary evidence of activity updates the record; primary evidence of a stop removes an active status. Intermediary pages are not authority for status.
