Positive public status (announced, permitted, under construction, opening, open) requires a Tier 1 source for the claim that justifies that status. Gaps beat guesses: if we cannot source a figure cleanly, the field stays empty.
Project name with a primary Tier 1 title link; location; humanised type; brand or operator; developer when known from primary sources; units or keys only when Tier-1-backed; public status; optional short display note; verified date.
